Volunteer Week

Join United Way as we prepare to celebrate National Volunteer Week with a full week dedicated to service projects across Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Lincoln, Moore, Rutherford and Warren counties. Learn more about this Volunteer Week initiative below!

Who: YOU! Volunteer with your colleagues, friends, family, or on your own. 
What: Give the gift of your time and talent to support nonprofits in your local community.
When: Volunteer Week is April 19-25, 2026. Project dates and times vary, so please check each project description accordingly.
Where: Projects are available across our entire seven-county region, including Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Lincoln, Moore, Rutherford, and Warren counties. Please check the location in the project description.
Why: Volunteers make nonprofit impact possible. As a part of National Volunteer Week, we want to highlight the impact our local volunteers make when we come together to serve.
