KJ Kemp and Tangerine Salon and Spa, in partnership with area salons, present the 10th Annual United We Style, an elevated hair show and storytelling event, on the evening of Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Walnut House performance venue in Historic Downtown Murfreesboro. This is an innovative and entertaining fundraiser like no other you've ever attend. All proceeds benefit the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties. 

The event's featured storytellers welcome Jonesborough National Story Slam winner and Grand Slam Champion of the Peabody Award winning Moth storytelling series, Mark Lamb. Local community leaders featured as storytellers include Courtney Chavez of Pinnacle Financial; Ynetia Campbell of Murfreesboro City Schools; Billy Bruce of UPS;  along with a performance by Tangerine's Loyal Leader and producer of the Bloom Stage storytelling series, Kara J. Kemp  sprinkled in with special features from Kory Wells and fellow poets.
