Misty Rector is a Coordinator for the Launch Point Program at the United Way of South Central Tennessee. She works directly with people to help them set and reach career and life goals, while also overseeing the success and growth of the Launch Point program. She loves watching a person bloom into their potential, and all the confidence, joy, and positive impact that creates.
