Erin Floyd

Erin Floyd is the Director of Grants and Community Initiatives at the United Way of South Central Tennessee. She works to find and secure unique funding streams to support the programs within our organization, building community relationships and work alongside community partners to better understand the growing needs in Rutherford County. She enjoys working with our community to address the needs of our neighbors.
