Ella Weaver

Ella Weaver is the Vice President of Collective Impact at the United Way of South Central Tennessee. She leads and convenes community partners and United Way staff in a collective impact strategy to address large scale problems and work toward a community where everyone can thrive. She loves being able to recognize ongoing, systemic progress toward a thriving community and the significant impact United Way’s work has on real individuals and families living and working in our communities.
