Catalyst Program
The United Way Catalyst Program is a United Way program that helps train nonprofit volunteer leaders of tomorrow. Over the course of nine sessions, we will provide education in areas such as governance, financial accountability, advocacy, diversity and inclusion, and fundraising. We also provide opportunities for participants to learn about the many different structures and models of nonprofits and to gauge their individual interest in potential volunteer leadership roles within these nonprofits in our community.
Mission Statement:
To connect and develop business leaders in the community to become engaged in social responsibility through the means of advocacy, giving and volunteerism. The program aims to meet the needs of society today, while proactively preparing and pursuing measures in place for future generations.
Vision Statement:
To be the most desired community leadership development program by creating tomorrow's community leaders, today.
Catalyst Applications are open June 15 through July 17th, 2026.
