VIP Murfreesboro

Carrie Beth Catron is the Managing Editor of VIP Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, TN where she lives with her husband Kirk and two children Charleigh Ann and Carrigan. Carrie Beth has a passion for developing her community and knows the mission of VIP Murfreesboro is in line with that message.

She has been involved with the United Way as an annual contributor since her first year of teaching through the workplace giving campaign at Barfield Elementary, where she taught for 13 years. Carrie Beth has also served for the last four years on the Red, White and Bayou Event Committee, working to grow the financial impact of the annual fundraiser through sponsorship and event growth.  This year, she and her husband, Kirk, are co-chairing the event with Matt & Julie Stump.
Carrie Beth said, “I have always been a strong believer in the fact that true joy comes from investing in others . . . United Way allows me the opportunity to do just that, not just financially, but also through community interaction and the giving of my time."
